Armed with a master’s degree in Psychology, majors in Sports Science and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a successful consultancy business in Portugal, Sandra possesses a rich tapestry of experiences.

On top of that, her global travels have added even more depth to her insights. Where, every piece of knowledge she shares or wisdom she imparts, carries her unique signature – rich in flavour, filled with substance, and radiating with irreverence.

However, what truly sets Sandra apart is her unshakable belief in human potential. She sees beyond facades, recognising the latent strength, intrinsic value, and dynamic potential in every human being.

In fact, her journey hasn’t been without challenges. While facing cancer at the age of 44, she channelled her resilience, power, and strength to overcome this dreadful disease. From this deep and painful experience, she wrote her transformative book, “The Dance of Life“. Where she narrates her triumph over adversity and her journey to reclaim the reins over her destiny.

After beating Cancer, she (re)connected with the Essence of her Soul and, found her mission to enlighten and empower. She was able to thrive towards an authentic life establishing the connection of the Spiritual world with the Physical world by accessing her essence and living within her purpose. Afterwords, combining her learnings from the cancer journey, her intuitive abilities and past trainings, she created, an innovative masterplan to access each person’s Essence (Identity) and address the major concerns that block individuals from reconnecting with their Soul’s Identity and live within their Purpose. She named it “Essentya”. This reshapes how individuals perceive and interact with their inner and outer world.
