I’m a channel of authentic communication, blending spiritual intelligence, energetic alignment, and grounded clarity – a unique alchemy supporting visionary and conscious people to align with their essence and express their truth.

The outcome is tangible: clarity, confidence, and coherence – in all areas of life.

Although my journey has taken many directions, such as an author, psychotherapist, professor, speaker, and entrepreneur, all of them share one root truth:

After surviving cancer at the age of 44, I entered a silence so deep – it asked me, “Who am I, really?”

That silence gave birth to my book, The Dance of Life.

That book became my voice!

That voice became Essentya: a partnership, a project, a movement, and a way of life.

At that moment I realised … My life is my method.
