Essence of Sandra

A Channel of remembrance, a writer, a storyteller and a living bridge between sacred communication and authentic presence.

I channel truth and stories, awaken people, and guide individuals to embody their unique Self. I’m a channel of authentic communication, blending spiritual intelligence, energetic alignment, and grounded clarity – a unique alchemy supporting visionary and conscious people to align with their essence and express their truth.

Throughout the years, I created the “Essentya Project” as an initiative dedicated to social responsibility, fostering individual and collective consciousness, promoting emotional well-being and encouraging healthy lifestyle habits. This project was born from my life experiences, studies, training, and beliefs, because my journey has taken so many directions: professor, author, psychotherapist, speaker, and entrepreneur, and all of them share one root truth:

Why does this sentence exist?

Because after surviving cancer at the age of 44, I entered a silence so deep… and that silence asked me, “Who am I, really?”

That silence gave birth to my book, “The Dance of Life“.

That book became my voice.

That voice became Essentya: a project, a partnership, a movement, and a way of life.

At that moment I realised … My life is my method.

Nowadays, having the Essentya Project and Essentya Channel has transformed my life and how I see and sense the world. Essentya invites us to remember… Whether through a whispered truth, an awareness talk, a channelled story, a song or a one-on-one conversation – always with presence, authenticity and kindness.

With Essentya, I guide people to reconnect with their essence and awaken the unique rhythm of their lives. I don’t just believe in human potential – I see it. Beyond titles, roles, and facades, I recognise a spark longing to return home.

Because we are not here to survive. We are here to become!
